Ati was born in Argentina and came to the United States with a work visa with one of the big casinos as a flair Bartender in the early 2000s. After traveling the world, Ati calls Las Vegas Home. In throughout the life process, Ati has become a mom, a photographer, lover of triathlons and is currently immersed in her biggest project yet, creating a life by design.

WHAT IS YOUR ORIGIN STORY?
I'm a wondering girl from Argentina. I came to the USA with a Visa to work for one of the big casinos as a flair Bartender in the early 2000s that took me all over the world , but Vegas is my home now, In the process I became a mom, a photographer and eventually 5 years ago my hubs and I picked up Triathlon as a "bucket list thing" and we have been super hooked ever since.
WHO INSPIRED YOU TO BE THE PERSON YOU ARE TODAY?
wow...that is a hard one so many people, I look up to my parent a lot , they are very simple people , that like to be surrounded by friends , very social but above all they are not attached to material things, so that is very inspiring , they leave freely and on their 70's they do a lot of social activities and all the things they love!
WHAT DOES SUCCESS MEAN TO YOU?
having a "easy life" where I can do the things I love with the people I love, being in the moment, and I do believe that the definition of success changes as much as we change, what success might have meant for me a few years ago is definitely not the same as now, and that will probably change again with time
HOW DO YOU WANT TO IMPACT THE WORLD YOU LIVE IN?
I want to be able to approach everyone with love, meet people where they are at in their life and would love to inspire a healthy active living, Plant-based diet has been a big part of my lifestyle for the last 5 years as well so I try to be super helpful when people are interested in that without being pushy, In my professional life I want to create portraits for families to share for generations to come and create legacy.
WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO NUTRITION?
I'm a plant-based eater and I'm very conscious of the nutrition I put in my body, I try to consume organic as much as possible and even though is hard to avoid all processed foods with such a busy schedule I consume very high-quality product to help me meet my super demanding nutrition needs with training and being a mom, on the go, is a must so protein shakes and fruits and salads are my "fast foods"
WHAT DO YOU WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW ABOUT NUTRITION?
That is easier than people think!!! is so much easier! creating a system for yourself based on nutritious food is key to stay healthy and happy! WE REALLY ARE WHAT WE EAT
HOW HAS NUTRITION IMPACTED YOUR LIFE?
In so many ways! First and foremost , and this might be a bit personal, it lifted a veil of guilt that I carried all my life about animals, but also when I went plant-based my energy shifted, It created a lot of healthy habits that I ALSO thought they were so difficult, but with a little bit of practice it became the norm and I never looked back
HOW IMPORTANT IS MINDFULNESS TO REACH PEAK PERFORMANCE?
VOH thats a good one! super important and so hard to reach sometimes, I meditate often , I would like to meditate more often lol, but as I focus on mindfulness in my life things get quiter in the inside regardless of how crazy things are outside of myself, mindfulness in performance is key, When i can find that sweet spot between letting my thoughts go and just being present , the "pain cave" goes by faster!
HOW IMPORTANT IS BREATH TO REACHING PEAK PERFORMANCE?
Finding a rhythm has been key for me, this relates to mindfulness too!

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE FEELING STRESSED OUT?
I take a deep breath and STOP and look around and try to organize my thoughts, GRATITUDE practice has been super helpful too, as I sit down and write down all the things I'm grateful for I realize that stress is only putting a fog on my joy

WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKEST AND STRONGEST CHARACTER TRAITS?
Weakest: stress out
Strongest: I always mean good and I want to be friendly to everyone
HOW DO YOU GET INTO THE ZONE?
I recently started using headphones to block out stress before the races (setting up warming up etc) and that is my new go to, on the everyday training i just go!
DO YOU MEDITATE?
I do, It brings a lot of clarity and calms me down,
TELL US ABOUT YOUR CURRENT PROJECT
well.....lol, so many! I'm training for my first half ironman at the end of October, with other small races coming up, like Sandhollow and some tri club races, I train with a coach out from California, this is my longest race yet and I'm super excited! I'm growing my photography portraits business , as it makes my heart sing to create memories that families will cherish for years to come it really give me purpose and I've been very active about sharing a nutritional cleansing program and helping people live a more active lifestyle, I jump out of bed every morning because all these things really move me!
